Every pizza made at Epolito's is lovingly crafted by Chick to her exacting standards.
Every morning Chick makes the dough and prepares all the ingredients; from the sauce used on the base to the home-made meatball and sausage (made to a secret family recipe!) that go on top.
Epolito's is all about ensuring your New York pizza experience is absolutely perfect. Hey, if you'd been tossing pizzas since you were 13 you'd be a perfectionist too!
