Here at Epolitos we are into having fun and making great pizzas. We are not showing you anything new or fancy. We stick to tradition - hand stretched, dressed on wooden peels and baked on the oven stones.

We also do our best to source the majority of our ingredients locally. Our pizza sauce is our own, our homemade meatballs and spicy Sicilian sausage are kept as our original NY recipe.

Our dough is made and kneaded in store every day and is the foundation to our pizzas. We are proud and passionate about what we do and know that our ingredients and recipes are special to us – we know that you will enjoy everything as much as we do!
